Hennikon provides care and support to people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, challenging behaviours and other complex needs. Our care and support services are provided in Supported Living Accommodation, Residential Setting. We also provide Respite and Live-in-Care services
We are a creative organisation with well trained, supported and supervised staff. As a provider we direct all of our resources toward improving our support, always looking for ways to make things even better. Increasingly we look to people using our services to lead and inform what we do.
Hennikon’s services are very cost effective and flexible. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, and regulated and inspected. In addition we have a dedicated quality team that carries out extensive internal monitoring.
We focus on people’s strengths and interest to build confidence, skills and independence. We encourage and support service users to become more independent; to make their own choices; to live a safe and healthy life; to make and maintain positive social relationships and to try new and interesting experiences.
Hennikon is here to work in partnership with you, and local and health authorities, to look for innovative, practical, value for money ways of providing support.
